After many years of searching for a meditation practice that I could easily incorporate into my daily life, I came across Vedic Meditation. I was amazed how easy it was to learn a technique without having to use any effort or concentration.
Once I began my daily practice of Vedic Meditation, I immediately felt a deep sense of relief. I knew Vedic Meditation was working because all areas of my life began to improve. The increase in mental clarity an an overall sense of well-being were obvious. The ability to adapt to the demands of everyday life while remaining calm was profound.
Vedic Meditation has shown me that all of life's enjoyments have always been right in front of my eyes. After 2 years
of practicing Vedic Meditation, I decided it was time for me to share this experience by teaching others.
I teach Vedic Meditation because its effects can be profound with helping us become the best version of ourselves. We all deserve the best and we should never feel unworthy in not having the best.
Allow me to teach you this simple technique and I will show you how to claim what you deserve...the best.
“You deserve the best. Never feel unworthy or not justified in having the best. I tell you, this is your heritage; but, you have to accept it. You have to expect it; you have to claim it. To do so is not demanding too much."
–Swami Brahmananda Saraswati
What is Vedic Meditation ?
Vedic Meditation is an effortless mental technique derived from a 5,000 year-old body of wisdom known as the Veda, the source of yoga and Ayurvedic medicine.
Sitting comfortably in a chair, we close our eyes and use a mantra to trigger deep rest in the mind and body. This technique allows one to experience fully-awake restful consciousness.
Unlike many other forms of meditation that require lots of focus, yogi-like flexibility and time, Vedic Meditation is natural, quick and effective. This technique was designed for householders, meaning you and me.
The restfulness accompanying Vedic Meditation is considerably deeper than that gained by sleeping which brings innumerable health benefits to the individual. Practicing this technique of meditation will improve ones intelligence, creativity and learning ability. Plus, there is no concentration with this technique.
If you can think a thought, then I can make you a successful daily meditator.
What are the Benefits ?
When our bodies are in the "flight" or "flight" mode, our ability to make good decisions decreases. Meditation allows us to adapt effortlessly to the demands of the day, allowing us to operate from a place of mental clarity and higher brain function.
In Vedic Meditation, one begins to experience rest 2-5 times deeper than sleep. This will help contribute to a successful nights sleep and help to eliminate insomnia.
During meditation the mind experiences a state of supreme happiness within. This allows us to bring a more fulfilled version of ourselves into our everyday life. Living a more joyful and blissful life is the result.
Reduction in anxiety, depression, blood pressure, cholesterol, migraines, headaches and the risk of heart disease. One study has shown meditation can help to reverse the aging process.
