Meet Michael
In 2014, Michael learned Vedic Meditation in Santa Monica, successfully integrating a twice-daily practice into his 50+ hour workweek. While immediately experiencing numerous benefits from the practice with minimal effort, Michael began a 2-year prerequisite of Vedic Studies.

In 2018, after completing his studies, he was accepted into the Initiator Training program held in the foothills of the Himalayas, where he trained personally under Thom Knoles.

Michael teaches Vedic Meditation because he believes establishing a daily practice to experience deep rest and eliminate stress is essential for everyone to become the best version of themselves.

Michael continues to study under Maharishi Vyasananda Saraswati (Thom Knoles), the pre-eminent authority of Vedic knowledge. His studies culminated in a 12-week immersion program with Thom in India, where he was inducted into the Shankaracharya tradition by Shri Shri 1008 Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kailashanand Giri, Supreme Authority of the Vedic Tradition.

“You deserve the best. Never feel unworthy or not justified in having the best. I tell you, this is your heritage; but, you have to accept it. You have to expect it; you have to claim it. To do so is not demanding too much."
–Swami Brahmananda Saraswati
Vedic Meditation
Vedic Meditation is a simple, effortless mental technique rooted in the ancient Vedic tradition – a 5,000-year-old body of wisdom that gave rise to yoga and Ayurvedic medicine. Unlike demanding practices that require intense focus, flexibility, or extended time commitments, Vedic Meditation is designed for modern, busy lifestyles.

The practice involves sitting comfortably, closing your eyes, and silently repeating a personalized mantra. This gentle process allows the mind to settle into a state of profound yet fully-conscious rest, far deeper than sleep. As a result, practitioners experience a wide range of benefits, including improved intelligence, creativity, learning ability, and overall well-being.

The key advantage of Vedic Meditation is its effortlessness. There is no need for concentration or strict postures – if you can think a thought, you can meditate successfully. This straightforward approach makes it accessible to anyone, regardless of experience or flexibility.

By incorporating this ancient technique into your daily routine, you can unlock a profound sense of restfulness and rejuvenation, enhancing your physical, mental, and emotional well-being in a natural, sustainable way.
