Meet Michael

After many years of searching for a meditation practice that I could easily incorporate into my daily life, I came across Vedic Mediation. I was amazed how easy it was to learn the technique and that I did not have to use any effort or concentration.

Once I applied Vedic Meditation, I began to experience relief and a sense of well-being. I knew Vedic Meditation was working because all areas of my life began to improve. The increase in mental clarity and an overall sense of well-being were obvious. The ability to adapt to the demands of everyday life without stress was profound.

Vedic Meditation has shown me that all of life’s wonderful enjoyments have always been right in front of my eyes, however experiencing those moments can be a challenge without having the mental clarity. After two years of practicing Vedic Meditation, I decided it was time for me to share this experience by teaching others. I teach Vedic Meditation because its effects can be profound with helping us become the best version of ourselves. We all deserve the best and we should never feel unworthy in not having the best.

Allow me to teach you this effortless technique and I will show you how to claim what you deserve.....the best.

You deserve the best. Never feel unworthy or not justified in having the best. I tell you, this is your heritage; but, you have to accept it. You have to expect it; you have to claim it. To do so is not demanding too much.”                                                                  Swami Brahmananda Saraswati

Vedic Meditation is an effortless mental technique derived from a 5,000 year-old body of wisdom known as the Veda, the source of yoga and Ayurvedic medicine. Sitting comfortably in a chair, we close our eyes, and use a mantra to trigger deep rest in the mind and body. This technique allows one to experience fully-awake restful consciousness and many other physiological benefits.

Unlike other forms of meditation, which require focus, concentration, yogic-like flexibility, and lots of time, Vedic Meditation is natural, quick and effective. This technique was designed for householders - meaning, you and me.

The restfulness accompanying Vedic Meditation is considerably deeper than that gained by sleeping which brings innumerable health benefits to the individual. Practicing this technique of meditation will improve ones intelligence, creativity, and learning ability. Plus, there is no concentration with this technique.

If you can think a thought, then I can make you a successful meditator!

Less Stress

Reduction in anxiety, depression, blood pressurecholesterol, migraines, headaches and the risk of  heart disease.

One study has shown meditation  can help to reverse the aging process!

Better Sleep

When Practicing Vedic Meditating, one begins to experience rest 2-5 times deeper than sleep. This will help contribute to a successful nights sleep and help to eliminate insomnia.

Greater Happiness

During meditation the mind experiences a state of supreme happiness within. This allows us to bring a more  fulfilled version of ourselves into our everyday life. Living a more joyful and blissful life is the result!

Mental Clarity

When our bodies are in the "flight" or "flight" mode, our ability to make good decisions decreases. Meditation allows us to adapt effortlessly  to the demands of the day, allowing us to operate from a place of mental clarity and higher brain function.

"We have an infinite number of reasons to be happy, and a serious responsibility not be serious."

-Maharishi Mahesh Yogi
