About the Event
Vedic Meditation is an effortless mental technique. We sit comfortably in a chair, close our eyes, and use a mantra to trigger deep rest in the mind and body.
Unlike other forms of meditation, which require focus, concentration, yogi-like flexibility, and lots of time, Vedic Meditation is natural, quick and effective. It was crafted specifically for busy people with busy lives.
Practicing this technique of meditation will improve intelligence, creativity, and learning ability.
This talk is a requirement to attend the 4-day beginners meditation course starting June 23rd - 26th. Day and evening courses will be available.
