About the Event

Vedic Meditation is an effortless mental technique. We sit comfortably in a chair, close our eyes, and use a mantra to trigger deep rest in the mind and body.

Unlike other forms of meditation, which require focus, concentration, yogi-like flexibility, and lots of time, Vedic Meditation is natural, quick and effective. It was crafted specifically for busy people with busy lives.

Practicing this technique of meditation will improve intelligence, creativity, and learning ability.  It also aids in improved academics, and higher levels of brain functioning.
